<p>Ta frø ut av kardemommebelgene, knus forsiktig i en morter. Ha både frø og de tomme kardemommebelgene i vannet. La vannet få et oppkok, la gjerne vannet koke på svak varme et par minutter. Tilsett svart te, la det trekke i vannet mens vannet småkoker på svak varme til ønsket styrke på teen. Tilsett melk og la teen få et nytt oppkok. </p>
<p>Hvis du lager til flere så trenger du ikke doble mengden svart te. Trekkes for å oppnå riktig styrke.</p>
<p>Siles og helles i kopper. Tilsett sukker eller honning etter eget ønske. </p>

<p>Blandingsforholdet kan man sikkert variere etter eget ønske. Noen vil ha sterkere, mer krydder etc. Det er bare å prøve seg fram til det man syns er bra.</p>
<p><strong>2 kopper<br /></strong>Tequila, tilsett tequila til den styrke du selv ønsker<br />Varm kaffe til 2 store kopper<br />Appelsinskall fra ½ &#8211; 1 appelsin, skjær av i store biter<br />1 &#8211; 2 kanelstenger, delt i biter<br />Brunt sukker, smak deg fram slik at du får en middels søt kaffe</p>
<p>…og en dæsj pisket krem på toppen (når du har helt kaffen oppi et krus vel å merke….)</p>
<p>Trakt kaffen i en trakter. Ha kaffen i en gryte og tilsett krydder, la kaffen stå å trekke i gryten uten å koke til krydrene har satt smak på kaffen. Hell oppi ønsket mengde tequila og sukker. Må ikke kokes. Helles oppi koppene (uten appelsinskall og kanelstangbiter), legg en dæsj krem på toppen. Strø gjerne brunt sukker på toppen for de som ønsker det.</p>
<p>Denne saken er nesten for god til å holdes hemmelig i hjemmet, den må deles med venner.</p>
<p>Smak deg gjerne fram til hva du syns er best i blandingsforhold alkohol, kaffe og krydder.</p>

<p>Kaken lages ikke på tradisjonelt vis, kokes opp og er en hurtigkake. Rask å lage! Den er en kaloribombe og er egentlig best dagen etter. Veldig mektig. Den kan stå i mange dager og er like saftig og deilig. Kan fryses.</p>
<p>400 gr smør<br />4 dl vann<br />6 &#8211; 8 ss kakao<br />9 dl sukker<br />1 beger lett rømme<br />9 dl siktet mel<br />2 ts natron<br />½ ts salt<br />4 egg</p>
<p>Glasur:<br />100 gr smør<br />350 gr melis<br />4 ss kakao<br />6 ss melk<br />2 ts vaniljesukker</p>
<p>Ha smør, vann og kakao i en kjele (bruk en stor kjele), kokes opp. Slå av platen men la kjelen stå på plata. Tilsett sukker og rør rundt til det begynner å oppløse seg. Ha i lettrømme og rør godt. Tilsett deretter siktet mel. Det er viktig at melet er siktet, hvis ikke blir det klumper i kaken. Ha deretter i natron, salt og egg. Eggene bør røres sammen og tilsettes litt etter litt.<br />Røren helles i en smurt langpanne, eller bruk bakepapir.</p>
<p>Stekes på 175º i ca 30 min. Stikk en kniv i midten for å se om den er ferdig.</p>
<p>Mens kaken stekes så lager du glasueren. Smelt smøret og ha oppi melis og kakao. Rør godt.<br />Når kaken er tatt ut stikk umiddelbart huller i kaken med en gaffel. Hell over glasuren.</p>
<p>Pynt med hakkede Smarties, nøtter eller kokos.</p>

<p>Del avokadoene i 2. Ta ut avokadostenen. Rens de ferske rekene og fyll opp avokadoene. Ta thousand island dressing på.</p>
<p>Spises med skje J …og en god hvitvin til.</p>
<p>Kan serveres som en av flere tapasretter.</p>

<p>4 stk kamskjell<br />litt olje til steking<br />Ruccula salat</p>
<p>Ingefærsmør:<br />150 gr smør<br />1 ts hakket ingefær<br />2 ss tamarin soya</p>
<p>Man kan enten kjøpe frosne kamskjell eller kjøpe skjellene og ta jobben med å åpne dem og hente ut muskelen selv.</p>
<p>Ingefærsmøret:<br />Smelt smøret på svak varme i en liten kjele. La smøret stå og roe seg slik at smøret får tid til å dele seg. Hell små smøret forsiktig over i en annen kjele eller bolle. Pass på at det er det klare smøret som helles fra og det hvite som ligger igjen i kjelen.<br />Det klare smøret varmes opp igjen sammen med ingefæren. Ta kjelen av platen av tilsett tamarin soya. Rør det sammen. Nå er smøret klar for servering.</p>
<p>Stek kamskjellene raskt i oljen, snu kamskjellene så de blir stekt på begge sider.</p>
<p>Anrett ruccula salat på 2 eller 4 tallerkner, legg de stekte kamskjellene på salaten og hell over ingefærsmøret.<br />Kan også serveres som en av flere tapasretter.</p>

<p>Salater (ruccola, små salatblader, frisse salat&#8230; bruk gjerne flere salattyper, men unngå kinakål og issalat)<br />Rødløk hakket i små terninger<br />Oliven, svarte og grønne<br />Korianderblader<br />Agurk i halve skiver<br />Tomater i biter<br />Grillede kyllingfiletter<br />Aioli (oppskrift på aioli finnes <a href="http://jordbaergaasa.blogspot.com/2008/02/aioli.html">her</a>)<br />Olivenolje</p>
<p>Aiolien bør lages først og settes til avkjøling før du begynner med salaten.</p>
<p>Forskjellige salater blandes. Det blir en pen salat hvis man også kombinerer med en rød salatvariant. Ruccolan er viktig i salaten.</p>
<p>Fordel salaten på tallerknene. Strø over agurk, tomat, oliven, rødløk og strø over med hakkede korianderblader. Hell forsiktig over olivenolje, en liten touch med olivenolje.</p>
<p>Legg de grillede kyllingfilettene pent over salaten. Serveres med aioli i en skål til.</p>

<p>375 gr hvetemel<br />1 ¾ ts bakepulver<br />1 ½ ts sukker<br />¾ ts salt<br />1 ¾ dl yoghurt naturell<br />1 ss veg. olje<br />1 stort egg</p>
<p>Bland alt i en bakebolle og kna alt i 5 minutter. Legg deigen i en plastfolie og legg et vått håndkle over. Settes lunt for å hvile i 3 ½ time.</p>
<p>Rulles ut og deles i mindre deler. Kjevles ut. Bør ikke være for tykke &#8230;eller for tynne. Legges på en stekeplate (skal ikke smøres men bruk gjerne bakepapir).</p>
<p>Stekes på 190 grader i 2 min på midterste nivå i stekeovnen. Settes så litt høyere til den er ferdig. Naanbrødene bør ikke bli for brune, da blir de veldig tørre. Det bør såvidt være et lite tegn til at de får farge når de tas ut.</p>
<p>Naan brødene kan med fordel pyntes med litt olje tilsatt litt hvitløk når de er ferdig stekt.</p>

<p>Hell litt olivenolje i en stekepanne. Når oljen er begynt å bli varm har man oppi chili og hvitløk. La det surre noen sekunder før du har oppi sjampinjong. Ha i litt salt og pepper. La alt surre i pannen under omrøring.<br />Først så vil fuktigheten forsvinne fra soppen før krydrene trekkes inn i soppen.</p>
<p>Smaken er helt fantastisk god.</p>

<p>En tzatziki med tomatvri.</p>
<p>1 agurk, skrelt og grovrevet<br />2,5 dl yoghurt<br />1 smaksrik tomat, skrelt og fjern det bløte i midten, kuttes i biter<br />1 fedd hvitløk<br />1 ss virgin olivenolje<br />½ ss hvitvinseddik</p>
<p>La gjerne yoghurten renne av i en sil kledd med et rent klede i 1 time først, man kan også bruke kaffefilter. Skrell og grovriv agurken. Legg agurken i et dørslag og ha litt salt over. La det stå i et par minutter før du presser agurksaften ut av agurken. Ha agurken i en bolle. Skrell tomaten, del den og fjern det bløte i midten. Hakkes i småbiter, has oppi bollen. Tilsett yoghurt, olivenolje og hvitvinseddik. Rør rundt. La tzatzikin stå i kjøleskapet i 2 timer så smaken får satt seg.</p>
<p>Bruk gjerne cherrytomater istedenfor smakstomat. Skrell cherrytomatene og del de i biter.</p>
